Head Start Leadership and Governance: How Structure, Processes and Relationships Inform Inclusive Leadership: In this session, participants will explore the structures, responsibilities and key activities of Head Start program leadership (governing body/Tribal Council, Policy Council and key management staff) in regards to leadership and governance.  There will be a key activity to support participants understanding of these responsibilities consistent with the Head Start Program Performance Standards and the Head Start Act.  We will also review the use of advisory committees for state and/or large organizational structures.
